Several upcoming food festivals are scheduled by festival organizer Nom Nom Events in each of the first four months of 2024. Three festivals feature Asian street foods including noodles, bao & dumplings, a Lunar New Year Festival.
The goal of Nom Nom Events is to feature non-traditional festival and fair foods while supporting local businesses. It’s a great way for festival goes to try new and creative ethnic foods including one vendors take on the cha siu bao bun. The traditional baked or steamed fluffy milk bun is stuffed with sweet BBQ pork inside, in this case the vendor stuffed the bun with smoked pork belly.
