Guigal wine dinner at Arcadia Farms Café next Thursday

One of the top wineries in the Rhone region of France will be paired next Thursday, March 28th at the Old Town Scottsdale cafe. 5 courses are on the menu that includes Coquilles Saint Jacques and Grilled Beef Wellington. Dinner starts at 6 p.m. and is $95++ and reservations can be made at their website.

The Crepe Club is opening its newest location in Mesa on March 29th

Next Friday brings crepes and more to Mesa with free Nutella Crepes and live music. Then on Saturday March 30th is the official grand opening starts at 9 a.m. with all day deals going on. Co-owner Fares Tarabichi shares, “We’re thrilled to share our passion for crepes with Mesa!”. The new location is at 50 N. Centennial Way Mesa 85201.

Tickets are on sale for Taco Fest at Salt River Fields

The festival is still 6 months away but pre-sale tickets are now on sale for the two day event on October 19th & 20th. General Admission tickets are $10 and VIP tickets are $85. Ticket prices go up on April 1st and this festival is sure to sell out. More information to come as we get closer to the event.

Walk-On Sports Bistreaux specials for sports fans

With March Madness underway, the 2024 MLB season about to start and the NBA & NHL teams making the final push for the playoffs the Mesa sports bar has several specials always going on.

All Day Bucket Specials- On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday all day long, domestic buckets of six are just $25 each; imports or seltzer buckets of six are just $28.

Happy Hour- Available Monday through Friday from 3-6 p.m. and Monday through Thursday, 9 p.m.-close, guests can take advantage of the following specials:

—Drinks- $4 Happy Hour Pours, $3.50 Domestic Pints, $4 House Wine and $5 22-ounce Domestic Drafts

—Starters- $7 Fried Pickles, $7 Small Cheese Fries, $7 Queso Dip, $8 Boneless Wings and $8 Cheeseburger Sliders

Sunday Sips- Every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., pitchers of mimosas are just $15 and pitchers of Mad Marys are just $8.

Kids’ Night- The whole family is welcome at Walk-On’s, where every Wednesday is Kids’ Night. On Wednesdays from 5-10 p.m., families can receive a free kids’ meal with the purchase of an entrée.

Famous 66 is now open in Gilbert.

The newest restaurant from Square One Concepts opened this week in Gilbert Town Square and offers scratch made American tavern style fare. Paying tribute to the iconic Route 66 in northern Arizona the decor includes vintage road signs, gas station pumps, antique car grills and more.
