Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has launched the Fleming’s WiNEPAD™, a custom app on iPad that helps Guests easily navigate the restaurant’s extensive wine list tableside or at the bar. Offered at each of its 65 locations nationwide, the Fleming’s WiNEPAD™ design mirrors the restaurant’s décor with a custom-designed case and color palette.

“For our Guests, the Fleming’s WiNEPAD™ takes the guessing out of ordering wine,” said National Director of Wine Maeve Pesquera. “We look forward to enhancing the experiences of our Guests and taking the intimidation factor out of wine.”

The application was developed by National Wine Director Maeve Pesquera, and the brand’s National IT Training Coordinator Craig Sheppard.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is at it again and welcomes spring with the return of its iconic Filet & Lobster combination. Now through April 7 at all Fleming’s locations, guests can enjoy a tender Filet Mignon and a sweet North Atlantic Lobster Tail, plus a starter course and a side, all for only $37.95. (plus tax + gratuity).

Guests will start the experience with their choice of the Wedge Salad with crisp iceberg lettuce with grape tomatoes, red onions and crumbled blue cheese or French Onion Soup baked with gruyere and parmesan cheeses. The generous filet mignon—Fleming’s leanest cut—and broiled lobster tail with drawn butter are accompanied by sautéed Spaghetti Squash with lime butter.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is serving two dinners priced to entice throughout the month of January, including the restaurant’s popular Sundays-only Prime Rib Dinner and Fleming’s “Savor & Sip” Menu nightly through January 31.

Fleming’s Prime Rib Dinner will be available Sundays from January 7-February 10 at an extraordinary price of $29.95, excluding tax and gratuity. The sumptuous three-course prix fixe starts with a choice of The Wedge, Caesar or Fleming’s salad. Next enjoy succulent Prime Rib with a trio of sauces (au jus, creamy horseradish, Dijon) as well as one of Fleming’s ten sides such as grilled high country asparagus, chipotle cheddar macaroni & cheese or the signature Fleming’s Potatoes. End the evening with any dessert from New York cheesecake to chocolate lava cake or fresh berries with Chantilly cream.

Throughout the month of January, Fleming’s “Savor & Sip” Menu is available nightly for $49.95, excluding tax and gratuity. The dinner includes guest’s pick from Fleming’s two popular “New Classics” steaks and an oversized “Big Pour” of wine.
