Whiskey & cigars enthusiasts will want to make their way to The Phoenician Tavern this Thursday, April 11th for their monthly Taste of Tavern dinner series. This month’s dinner offers Kentucky Owl whiskeys paired with a 4-course wandering style dinner followed by cigars on the patio. Located at The Phoenician Resort’s Golf Clubhouse, the evening starts at 6 p.m. on the patio overlooking the golf course with a reception with passed hors d’ ouvres and a barrel-aged Kentucky Owl Wiseman Rye black Manhattan. 

Following the reception guest can wander to the four pairing stations at their leisure sipping and dining on……

-Kentucky Owl Takumi Edition Bourbon Whiskey paired with A-5 Kobe strip steak with soy caramel and seared black cod with red miso yuzu kosho.

-Station two will highlight Kentucky Owl St. Patrick’s Edition Bourbon Whiskey New Zealand lamb lollipops and chermoula, as well as Irish cheddar toast topped with charred carrots, bee ash, and soda bread.

-Station three will showcase Kentucky Owl Confiscated Bourbon Whiskey with smoked pork belly bites in a tamarind citrus glaze, plus royal red shrimp ceviche with thai chiles, mandarin, bee pollen, tajin, chicharrones, and ube chips.

-The finish to the evening will include an assortment of mini desserts, paired with a limited-edition Kentucky Owl Maighstir Edition Bourbon Whiskey. 

Following dinner guests are invite to enjoy the Spring evening around the fire pits to enjoy cigars and bottles of Kentucky Owl available for purchase. Reservations are required for The Taste of Tavern “Whiskey & Cigars Under the Stars” dinner is $97++ and you can reserve you seats here.
