The Rosticceria

The Maggiore Group and Chef Joey Concepts have announced the December 5th opening of their newest restaurant, The Rosticceria. It’s their fifth concept in the valley with the others being Hash Kitchen, The Sicilian Butcher, The Mexicano and The Sicilian Baker. The new restaurant will seat a total of 226 guests both inside and on the patio.

“The inspiration for the new concept came from traveling through the Rome and Abruzzo regions with my wife Cristina and father Tomaso,” says Joey Maggiore, chef and co-founder of The Maggiore Group and Chef Joey Concepts. “We loved the grilled meats and the porchetta, and I am still dreaming about it.” The Rosticceria will feature wood-fired meats with an Italian twist in the Abruzzo style of cooking. Dishes will include rotisserie chicken, porchetta and Arizona’s only authentic Neapolitan fried pizza. For dessert guests will be able to create a build-your-own soft serve gelato shake at the shake bar and alcoholic beverages will be served in traditional Italian horns along with gold chains.

Chef Joey’s wife Cristina designed the interior of the restaurant that inspired by their travels, picture Roman relics and graffiti. The Rosticceria will provide weekly entertainment from their innovative DJ booth. The restaurant is holding a job fair for many front and back of the house positions Wednesday November 8th and Monday November 13th from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the restaurant’s parking lot. Applicants should bring a resume and two forms of ID and interview appointments will be given to those that apply online.

The Rosticceria is at 12811 N. Tatum Blvd. Phoenix 85032. For more information and updates visit their website.
