“Since opening the first Crust restaurant in 2007, we’ve learned so much over the years and as we’ve grow, I’ve had a goal to open 10 locations,” said Michael Merendino founder and owner of Crust Restaurant Group. “Things have changed and moved quickly over the last few months, and we’re excited for what this first quarter will bring.
The new Crust Simply Italian will be at The Grid at 233 E. Main St. and will be the largest of the four Crust’s at 8,000 square feet with a 2,000 square foot patio. Guests can expect the same menus that include scratch made classic Italian dishes such as pizza, sandwiches, Chicken Parmesan, lasagna and more. When it opens later this year it will also include a gelato and donut shop. Like the other locations a speakeasy, The Nightingale will open serving craft cocktails in a lounge setting.
