California vs. Oregon: Pinot Battle at Hotel Valley Ho

The hotel’s monthly Versus Series dinner tries to answer the age old question, who makes better pinot noir, California or Oregon? Diners at the Thursday September 15th dinner will help decide. Chef’s Table: A Night of Favorites at Hearth ’61

Aioli Gourmet Burgers to open 3rd Phoenix location

Less than a year after opening their 2nd brick & mortar location in Litchfield Park, award-winning Aioli Gourmet Burgers is set to open their 3rd location. On Labor Day, September 7th at 430 E. Bell Rd. Phoenix 85022 is when & where it all happens. The location should be familiar to burger fans as it was the home to the former Caveman Burgers. Customers can expect the usual mix of gourmet burgers, fries, milk shakes, mac n cheese bites and more.

In addition their original location at Shea & 32nd St is now back open for dine-in service.

Press Coffee’s new blend supports local non-profits

Community Blend is the latest whole bean coffee from local roaster Press Coffee. Every 3 months the company will donate profits from the sales of Community Blend to a local non-profit. Current sales will be donated to Arizona Coalition for Change, an organization that empowers people to help transform their community by building civic power, just & equitable schools and safer neighborhoods.

LDV Winery temporarily closes Scottsdale tasting room

Giordano’s gets ready to open new Phoenix location with a pizza party

The next wave of Chicago deep dish pizza restaurants is starting as Giordano’s opens their new Phoenix location on Wednesday September 5th. Celebrate the popular Chicago based restaurants new location as it’s also celebrates National Cheese Pizza Day .

The party starts at 4 p.m. in northeast Phoenix where this will be Giordano’s 2nd Arizona location since the 2016 opening in Peoria. Guests will be to taste delicious samples of Giordano’s pizza and other dishes and family friendly activities.
