The pairing is as follows.

1st Course: Steelhead Crudo with arugula salad, cucumber and Meyer lemon oil paired with Dry Stack Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma County

Bartlett Lake Marina opens Bartlett Lake Grill in time for summer fun.

Bartlett outdoor seating

With the un-offically start of summer this Memorial Day weekend it means that many Phoenicians will be heading to one of the 6 lakes within an hours drive of Phoenix. Many lake goers consider Bartlett Lake to be a quieter, safer and family friendly lake north of Scottsdale. Just in time for the summer season the Barlett Lake Marina http://www.bartlettlake.com/ has opened the Bartlett Lake Grill just in time for Memorial Day weekend over looking the lake.
 Apple grilled chicken salad
The Grill is open Wed. – Sun.(Mon’s on holidays) from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and it’s menu include appetizers, salads, and sandwiches such as Strawberry Spinch salad, Buffalo Chicken sandwich and a Catfish plate with everything costing no more than $12. There is also a kid’s menu and full bar and Mock cocktails for the driver of the boat.
