The iconic date is being celebrated by 2 local restaurants offering deals. All 19 Streets of New York locations are offering up slices of pizza for $2.22 (normally $4.15 per slice) for dine-in or take-out. Dine-in customers can also take advantage of more savings during Apps Hour from 2:30 – 6 p.m. for deals on Pizza Roll Ups, Meatball Sliders, beer & wine and more.

Rombauer Vineyards is featured winery at Sunday Supper Club

Hearth ’61’s monthly supper features the Napa Valley’s family owned winery to be paired with Chef Wiley’s 5-course menu. Dinner is Sunday, February 27th and starts at 6 p.m. with reservation required for $189++ per person. To join the club click this link.

Simple Machine Brewing beers paired at dinner at Match Market & Bar

The signature restaurant inside the Found:RE hotel in downtown Phoenix hosts a four course menu paired with locally brewed beers. The dinner is next Tuesday, February 22nd at 7 p.m. Seats are $72 ++ per person and can be reserved here.

AZ Taco Festival cancels April festival

Organizers decided to cancel the two-day festival coming up at Salt River Fields. A new date in the Fall of 2022 is being planned and tickets purchased will be honored once announced. For more information visit their website.

February is quick upon and social calendars are filling up. Quiessence at The Farm is hosting two special dinners’ pairings its seasonally grown vegetables, herbs and edible flowers with food friendly wine and beer. Beer pairing dinners are becoming more popular as people see how well beer pairs with food and how they can be a good value as compared to wine pairing dinners. Not to mention how well a cold beer goes down on a hot summer evening. Below are 2 dinners happening next Wednesday, July 17th in the Phoenix area.

Starting at 7 p.m. El Palacio www.epchandler.com in Chandler will be pairing beers from Mudshark Brewing Company out of Lake Havasu AZ. For only $20 you get 5 courses of gourmet dishes along with 5 hand crafted beers. The “off the menu” summer creations are listed below and give a great chance to the consumer how well beer pairs with food.

7 Layer Salsa—a Mexican salsa creation of epic proportions with layer upon layer of goodness including salsa fresco, salsa picante, beans, crème, guacamole, queso and rice paired with Mudshark Brewing Up River Lager.

Summer Salad of heirloom tomatoes and Oaxaca cheese with strawberry habanero dressing. This dish is paired with Scorpion Amber Ale.

Steamed Mahi Mahi Taco paired with Desert Magic IPA.

Celebrate Oktoberfest at Tom’s Thumb Fresh Market with BBQ and beer from Grand Canyon Brewing Co.

Leafs turning colors, football and baseballs playoffs in full swing are just some of the things that happen in the month of October. It’s also Oktoberfest when beer is on the brain and Tom’s Thumb Fresh Market www.TomsThumbFreshMarket.com is celebrating with its 1st beer dinner on October 18th. This 4 course dinner pairs Chef Trudie’s BBQ with beers from Grand Canyon Brewing Co. The dinner is part Tom’s “101 & Bell” classes. Brian Udvardi from World Class Beverages will be on hand to discuss the beers. Guests will enjoy a four-course meal from 6:30 – 8pm. Cost for dinner is $36 per person.
