Flying Leap Vineyards pouring at GenuWine Arizona on Friday

The good folks from Flying Leap will be driving up from Elgin AZ to pour their wines at the downtown Phoenix wine bar from 6- 9 p.m. on June 7th. Free samples will be offered.

Macayo’s launches Rita Rewards June 10th

This Monday, the Mexican restaurant with with 13 Phoenix area locations starts their new rewards program. Guests can earn 3 points for every dollar spent to save up for free food. Rewards are available on their app and you get a free cheese crisp just for signing up.

sneakybird opens 2nd location in Gilbert

The Verde at Cooley Station neighborhood gets the newest location of the Scottsdale based quick, craft & casual chicken restaurant. 6 rubs and 5 sauces are available for the “never fried” chicken sandwiches, flatbreads and more. The new location is at 3945 E. Williams Field Rd. and will be open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Read about the new concept in last year’s post.

White Castle to open 3rd Phoenix area location next week

People are probably already lining up in Goodyear for next Tuesday’s grand opening of the newest family owned restaurant with a cult like following. The grand opening festivities start at 8 a.m. with a ribbon cutting and more. The newest location of America’s first fast food restaurant (opened in 1921) is at 1420 N. Bullard just off I-10.
