Wine Girl now offers Brunch Bites menu

The downtown Scottsdale wine bar now offers a weekend ‘toast” brunch menu Fri. – Sun. from 10 a.m. – 2p.m. The 6 “toasts” offered can be purchased individually for $9 or a flight of 3 for $25.

Pisces themed astrology dinner at Found: RE Hotel

The downtown Phoenix hotel is halfway through their 13 dinner series guided by the stars. Next Saturday, March 2nd the hotel welcomes guests for a Pisces inspired dinner. The 4 course dinner is $59++ with the doors opening at 6:30 and dinner at 7. Below is the menu and reservations can be made at this link with more information can be found in last August’s post.

First Course—Ahi Crudo with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette, Fried Capers, Fennel Pollen and Dill

Second Course—Heirloom Tomato Salad with Oregano, Mint, Basil and Balsamic-Marinated Red Onion

Third Course—Roasted Sea Bass served with Artichoke, Haricot Vert, New Potatoes, Lemon Verbena and Saffron Broth

Dessert Course—Lemongrass Raindrop Cake with Strawberry Powder

Source serves up new happy hours specials & daily fresh bread offerings

The acclaimed restaurant & market in Gilbert’s Epicenter at Agritopia now offers a weekday happy hour from 3 – 6 p.m. Specials include Hummus $6, House Pizza $10, House Wine $7/glass and Beer $5/each. Every morning the bakery cranks out loaves of delicious bread and is now available for purchase. Bread offerings include Demi Baguette (sourdough) $4, Ciabatta (sourdough) $7, Country Loaf (sourdough) $11 and Made to Order Flatbread/Za’atar Flatbread $3.

Holiday pop-up generates donation to local charity

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa’s holiday pop-up  Après Chalet helped raise more than $2,100 for Healing Hearts Animal Rescue. The North Phoenix-based non-profit dedicated to providing a safe haven for neglected, abandoned, and abused animals with passionate and humane treatment and care.

Evo North Scottsdale now serving weekend brunch
