Cheer on the Diamondbacks with the World Series specials and deals

Who knew the Diamondbacks would be still playing baseball in late October? A couple of local restaurants are stepping up to the plate with theses specials and deals.

Eat Up, Drive In– The Arcadia fast casual restaurant has partnered with Dbacks rookie Corbin Carroll #7 for a deal through October 31st. The Corbin Carroll Meal gets you a double cheeseburger, side of fries, a chocolate chip cookie & a regular sized frozen or flavored lemonade. It also comes with a unique baseball card that may be signed by Corbin himself all for $7.77.

3rd annual Dia de Los Muertos Festival at Cien Agaves

The downtown Scottsdale Mexican restaurant is hosting a “Day of the Dead” agave festival on Sunday, October 29th from 12-4 p.m. Sip on 14 different agave varietals & featured cocktails, enter a costume contest and the first 100 guests get a free SWAG bag. Tickets are $40 and can be found at the Eventbrite website.

Halloween events at LDV Winery’s tasting room

No tricks, just treats on Sunday, October 29th and Tuesday the 31st at the award-winning wineries tasting room in Scottsdale. Sunday morning from 10:30 – 11:45 a.m. enjoy a glass of wine while learning how to paint pumpkins. $25++ gets a glass of wine and painting supplies. Call 480-664-4822 to save your seat.

Winter flavors now available at Tom’s Incredible Ice Cream

Don’t let the cool weather discourage you from a couple of scoops of delicious ice cream. Scottsdale’s newest ice cream parlor now has 5 new flavors from Hershey’s Ice cream. Sugar Cookie, Maple Black Walnut, Turtle Caramel, Caramel Cookie Monster and Superman (strawberry, banana and blue moon) can be packed in a waffle cone, sundae or however you like your ice cream.

Spinato’s Pizzeria’s Ahawatukee location offers Fast Lunch option

Inspired by quick service food stands at the Footprint Center guests picking up lunch between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. can get a good deal Tuesday – Friday. Get a personal sized cheese or pepperoni pizza, small salad w/ choice of dressing or a chocolate chip cookie for less than $10.
