Rusconi’s American Kitchen to host “Wine Bites” culinary seminar

Owner and Chef Michael Rusconi is teaming up with sommelier Katherine Janowiak for an afternoon of food & wine on Saturday, October 21st at his north Phoenix restaurant. The duo will discuss the wine & food pairings of a special created 3-course menu guests will dine on.

Course One — Gulf Shrimp and Avocado with watermelon radish and Noble bread paired with Lange Estates Winery and Vineyards Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley

Course Two – Roasted Pork with grilled peach relish paired with Niner Pinot Noir, Edna Valley Jespersen Ranch

Course Three — 5-Spice Duck Taco with preserved fruit paired with Stag’s Leap Hands of Time Red Blend, Napa Valley

Seating is limited for the 1 p.m. tasting seminar and seats are $55++ per person and can be reserved online.

Press Coffee partners with James Beard nominated pastry chef

The Phoenix coffee roaster is now serving a selection of pastries from Mark Chácon, owner of Cháconne Patisserie at The Roastery, Sprouts Osborn and Biltmore locations. A few of the new pastries include Cheese Danish, Chocolate Croissant, Pecan Sticky Bun and Glazed Cinnamon Brioche.

Over Easy serves up seasonal dishes through December

The 12 Phoenix area locations are now serving a new drink and dishes for the autumn season. Pumpkin Bread French Toast, Iced Pumpkin Chai are now available and a $1 of each JohnJay’s Black Bean Tostada will be donated to the #LovePup foundation. The Iced Pumpkin Chai can be spiked with Stoli Vanilla vodka or Cinnamon whiskey for $3 more.

New “Fall Features” menu and football specials at Street of New York

Cien Agaves now serving weekend brunch

The Old Town Scottsdale cantina is now serving a selection of 12 brunch dishes and cocktails every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  Pozole Verde, Huevos Rancheros, Churro French Toast are a few of the dishes to enjoy with a Mexican Coffee, Grande Mimosa or Michelada Loco. The regular menu is still being served during brunch.
