Restaurateurs Fabrice and Máiréad Buschtetz are serving up something new from the kitchen of their successful Cuisine & Wine Bistro in south Chandler. Just in time for the holiday season the couple now offer traditional French handcrafted Quiches & Pies for wholesale and direct to the consumer. The quiches are popular with bistro regulars and online holiday sales have done very well for the couple so they decided a new year-round opportunity became obvious. Chef Fabrice’s recipes were developed as he attended culinary school near Paris and while working in restaurants in France and at Cuisine & Wine Bistro.
“Our slogan at Quiches & Pies is ‘handcrafted excellence’ because we use only the highest-quality ingredients and expert technique,” said Chef Fabrice. “Our rich, textured pastry crust is the foundation for our gourmet quiches and pies, made with fresh cage-free eggs, butter, and cream.”
