Jodi BronchteinPhoenix’s historic Wrigley Mansion has announced that its hired sommelier Jodi Bronchtein as its new Wine Director of its all-female wine team. Bronchtein brings a wealth of knowledge to the position that she’s gained since starting her journey in the wine industry back in 2011 at McCrady’s in Charleston SC. from there she’s traveled the world learning about wine & cuisine while pursuing recognition as an Advanced Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2019 and WSET 3 in 2021. Bronchtein is studying for her Master Sommelier exam and started the process of earning her WSET Diploma.

At the Wrigley Mansion she will oversee Arizona’s largest wine collection while sharing her experiences in the wine and hospitality industry. “I am thrilled to embark on this journey with the esteemed team at Wrigley Mansion,” said Jodi Bronchtein. “Together, we will provide elevated and focused hospitality for guests while creating dynamic and fun pairings that feature the amazing wine and food at Geordie’s, Jamie’s Wine Bar, and Christopher’s at Wrigley Mansion.”

After learning about the connection between wine and food at McCrady’s she embarked on a pilgrimage from France to Spain where she learned to appreciate the different cultures of wine that lead to positions at prestigious restaurants including roles such as L’Espalier in Boston, Kokomo Private Island in Fiji, and Press Restaurant in Napa Valley. From there she made her way to Nashville and re-join Sean Brock (owner & chef at McCrady’s) to open Audrey and June as Wine Director overseeing a team of seven. She comes to Phoenix excited to be near extended family and the chance to work at the Wrigley Mansion helping guests and mentoring the staff. When not working Bronchtein enjoys traveling, music, exploring the local culinary scene and playing with her 3-year-old niece.
