Chef Joey Maggiore is a busy man running successful restaurants, shaking hands & kissing babies with guests where does he find time to put pen to paper (more likely finger to keyboard) for his first cookbook. The upcoming “Brunch King: Eats, Beats and Boozy Drinks” will be filled with favorite breakfast recipes that could go back to his early days in the kitchen at age 13 when it’s released-on September 17th. Developed in the kitchens of his Hash Kitchen restaurants the book will have 70 recipes and drool worthy photos in chapters such as Gangsta Sweets: So Good It’s Almost Criminal, Let’s Get Cracking, and Hash, Hash Baby along with a playlist to keep you grooving. Hash Kitchen is known for it’s over-the-top dishes, BYO Bloody Mary’s and a DJ spinning tunes making for an upbeat brunch experience.
