Amelia's by EAT

Central Scottsdale should have another addition to its food scene when Amelia’s by EAT opens any day now. Owner and Chef Stacey Weber named the restaurant after her grandmother and will be offering locally and organically sourced dishes, craft cocktails, baked goods, coffee and an artisan market. Weber expects her restaurant to become a community gathering spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Weber has been a private chef and caterer in Arizona since 2007 and Amelia’s is an extension of what her customers have come to love about her cooking.

“I’m so excited to bring all my favorite things to Amelia’s customers,” says Weber, “We will be featuring all the most loved items from EAT and adding fresh baked breads, artisan market foods, organic coffee with house made syrups and delicious cocktails. The idea is to make eating-well easy and enjoyable. I’m creating the place I’ve always wanted in Scottsdale.”

The all-day counter service menu will include dishes such as Stacey’s Famous Chicken Rice Enchiladas, Gluten Free Pot Pie, Rotisserie Chicken Bahn Mi and Greek Falafel Salad. Also available will be a  BYOB (Build Your Own Board) nosh boards, a variety of fresh salads, sandwiches, a grab & go section, pastries and desserts. Amelia’s by EAT will have indoor and outdoor seating and live acoustic music on select nights and during Sunday Supper.

Amelia’s by Eat is located at Via de Ventura & Hayden Rd. in The Village at Hayden, and will be open Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. For more information visit their website.
