Signature dishes will be created by each restaurant and the price points for each meal will be $7. $10 or $15 and will be at the discretion of each restaurant to correspond to what they’re serving.

Restaurants may opt to serve “breakfast for dinner” on July 28th & 29th and yo can check the website if that’s the case.

Lighter eating is on the menu for the summer at Paul Martin’s American Grill in Scottsdale. The addition of lighter, healthier & locally sourced vegetable dishes include Starters such as Vegetable Summer Roll for $11 is combination of crunchy vegetables, mint and avocado with sweet chili sauce and for the summer soup fan, Chicken Tortilla Soup($9) comes with an avocado- poblano salsa, crispy tortillas and cilantro.

New entrees are on both the lunch and dinner menu and include The Warm Quinoa Bowl ($12 L/ $14 D) comes topped with Savoy spinach, tomato relish, mushrooms and summer vegetables & the Mesquite Grilled Chile Rellino ($15 L / $17 D) is stuffed with vegetables and cheese then drizzled with a roasted red pepper cream sauce.

On the dinner menu is the Grilled Mahi ($28) with baby bok choy, tomato relish and lemon. Seasonal vegetables are also available on the side for $6 and include Grilled Baby Bok Choy with lemon and olive oil, Sugar Snap Peas with Shitake mushrooms, ginger and garlic and Elote Corn on the Cob topped with chili aoili and Cotija cheese.

A couple of refreshing cocktails have also been added including The Corralejo Strawberry Splash comes shaken with strawberry infused blanco tequila, Cointreau liqueur, muddled strawberries, house made cane syrup and fresh lemon juice. The Cucumber Refresher is a blend of Effen Cucumber vodka, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, muddled cucumber, basil, fresh squeezed lemon juice and soda water. Both cocktails are $13.

On Father’s Day, Paul Martin’s American Grill is serving up a prix fixe brunch, a prime rib dinner special, and is offering a special gift to all dads who dine on Father’s Day. Served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the three course brunch is only $16 per person and includes fresh baked millet drop biscuits, a bowl of seasonal fruit, a choice of one entrée, plus an alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverage. Select from a variety of entree choices, including French Toast with vanilla bean infused cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple-bourbon syrup, or a traditional Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, canadian bacon, and housemade hollandaise sauce. A gluten-free option, the Applewood Smoked Bacon Omelet features three eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomato, Tillamook cheddar and sour cream. The brunch comes with a choice of coffee, fresh squeezed juice or a brunch-time cocktail, such as a Bellini or Bloody Maria.

For dinner, Paul Martin’s American Grill will also be serving a Prime Rib Dinner special for only $25. The meal features an organic green salad, all natural prime rib with mashed potatoes, and homemade ice cream for dessert. On Father’s Day, Sierra Bonita Grill will be serving its signature Southwestern brunch from 9 to 3 p.m. Popular selections include the Southwestern Benedict ($14): panko crusted eggs atop green chile beer biscuits, topped with Cure 81 Ham, and roasted poblano hollandaise, served with roasted root vegetables. The Steak and Eggs ($14) features wood grilled carne asada, two eggs, plus a side of roasted root vegetables and sourdough toast. The Fall 2014 Arizona Restaurant Week is back with 10 nights (Fri. Sept 19th – Sun. Sept. 28th) to try 3 or 4 courses at some of the best local restaurants around that include new restaurants Sumo Maya and The Local along with well established restaurants such as Rancho Pinot Grill. Over 150 Phoenix area restaurants will be participating and offer special prix-fixe menus costing only $33 or $44 per person ++.
