2 years in the making Gadzooks Enchiladas and Soups will be opening their 2nd Phoenix location in late 2016 or early 2017 if owner Aaron Paul has his way. After finding a very desirable location at 40th St & Camelback with access to Arizona Canal trail and out door seating. It will also feature a dedicated drive- thru window which the 7th St. and Osborn location lacking . The same Mexican inspired menu with enchiladas and more at both locations.
According to Paul he chose Arcadia over other parts of town because “We found the site two years ago, loved the location right on Camelback and knew it had never been developed, so it was almost too good to be true.”
